The Friends of the YMCA Bucks and Hunterdon Counties Golf Invitational will be hosted at the Union League at Torresdale. There will be both a morning and afternoon session available for golfers. There will be a breakfast in the morning prior to the AM round, there will be a lunch between the AM and PM rounds, and a cocktail and food buffet after the PM round. On the course will be multiple food stations as well. The low-scoring foursome will be updated live and prizes will be handed out.

As the new addition of the Par 3 Course at Torresdale named “The Landing”, we will add this to our successful outing timeline for additional participants to enjoy the fun. The Par 3 Experience AM and PM rounds will be separate from our outing on the same day, and we will offer this to a maximum of 40 golfers per timeslot. 

A favorite among Philadelphia’s golfers and non-golfers, the Union League at Torresdale features countless amenities including its newly renovated, Donald Ross designed, golf course. The course has been redesigned to offer a challenging yet enjoyable round of golf for the experienced, intermediate and beginning golfer.

Schedule of Events

  • 6:30AM: Breakfast for AM golfers

  • 7:00 AM: Golfer registration for morning session

  • 8:00 AM: Shotgun Start/Tee off for AM golfers

  • 11:30 AM: Golfer registration open for the afternoon session

  • 12:00 PM: Lunch is served for the AM and PM golfers

  • 1:00 PM: Shotgun Start/Tee off for PM golfers

  • 5:00 PM: End of the event. Open bar and a food buffet will be served. All participants are welcome.

  • 6:00 PM: Helicopter ball drop

Par 3 experience: Limited availability

Follow I-95 South to Exit 32. Continue on Academy Road Drive to intersection of Frankford Avenue. Make a right on Frankford Avenue and continue for approximately 4 minutes to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Grant Avenue. Right on Grant Avenue and the entrance is on the left 100 yards down.

Follow I-95 North to Exit 32. Continue on Academy Road Drive to intersection of Frankford Avenue. Make a right on Frankford Avenue and continue for approximately 4 minutes to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Grant Avenue. Left on Grant and the entrance to the club is on the right 100 yards down.

Cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge into Philadelphia and follow the signs to 1-95 North Trenton. Follow I-95 North to Exit 32. Continue on Academy Road Drive to intersection of Frankford Avenue. Make a right on Frankford Avenue and continue for approximately 4 minutes to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Grant Avenue. Left on Grant and the entrance to the club is on the right 100 yards down.

Take the PA Turnpike to Exit 326, which is the Valley Forge Exit. When you exit, take 76 East to 676. Take 676, to I-95 North towards Trenton. Take Exit 32 from I-95 North. Continue on Academy Road Drive to intersection of Frankford Avenue. Make a right on Frankford Avenue and continue for approximately 4 minutes to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Grant Avenue. Left on Grant and the entrance to the club is on the right 100 yards down.

Take Turnpike to Exit 4. Take NJ Route 73 North, follow onto NJ-90 West which becomes Betsy Ross Bridge. Exit bridge onto I-95 North to Exit 32. Continue on Academy Road Drive to intersection of Frankford Avenue. Make a right on Frankford Avenue and continue for approximately 4 minutes to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Grant Avenue. Left on Grant and the entrance to the club is on the right 100 yards down.
